Interview with J P Desai author of the book The Blossoming Lotus

The Author, J.P. Desai born and brought up in the remote village of Maharashtra in India where the poet passed his primary school while working as cowboy, supporting in the field. He struggled hard, suffered a lot working and studying from S.S.C. to graduation, post-graduation. He kept changing jobs from child labour to the clerk, finally settled in teaching field, taught English upto XII th standard for 35 years. He has been reading English literatures throughout the life. His novel “Thank you Dad” illustrates the career achievement of an unwanted daughter harassed by her father. The extensive travelling, reading, music remain all time hobbies. Presently he has published the poetry collection “The Blossoming Lotus”.

A result-oriented creative professional and senior Academician with 15+ years of experience in Corporate, Academic & Research, Sri Panda is currently pursuing his Doctorate from Jain Deemed-to-be University-Bangalore. He has authored three Books: besides eight Book Chapters, 19 Research Papers in double-blinded Peer-reviewed International Journals. A life member of ISTD-Bangalore Chapter and an Editorial Board member of several Double-Blinded Peer Reviewed International Journals, Sri Panda has been conferred with various National and International awards for his contribution in the field of Management education and effective teaching pedagogy. Mr Panda who has taught at reputed institutes like Christ Deemed to be University-Bangalore, Jain Deemed to be University-Bangalore, I-Nurture, St Joseph's College of Commerce (Autonomous)-Bangalore, NITTE School of Management etc. has conducted various trainings and FDPs in areas such as teaching pedagogy, Leadership, NLP, Pre placement training, Mock and life skills etc.
