Fear (it can make us or can break us) lesson 4: Now it’s time to take our fourth step. Dealing with this term called “fear”. No doubt, we all have n numbers of fears and n different kinds of fear.
And as I always tell you to question yourself that, what is your fear? Why we are never able to deal with them? why it always brings us back? We will discuss everything in more detail and I will also tell you at the end of this article that why overcoming our fear is so important for each of us.
According to psychology Fear is a natural, powerful, and primitive human emotion. These include fear of choking, fear of getting a disease such as cancer, fear of clowns, which also called as phobia. And the fear hormones circulate through the bloodstream to all cells of our body. In short it killing us slowly and slowly. fear is nothing but merely a bluff of the mind, based on a lie that has been told so many times to us that it feels like the truth.
Faer is an obstacle that stands in the way of our progress. We never allow our self to take that one step to face our fear and by doing this we allow our fear to make decisions on our behalf. Once the Kim Namjoon said: “Fear” has two meanings, forget everything and run or face everything and rise. As I said we all have a lot of fears different kind of fears it can be getting judge by others, it can be losing someone, fear of rejection, getting hurt by others, fear of taking a big step or a big change, uncertainty and so on. As a human we always have this dilemma, pain inside us of getting judge by others, getting hurt by someone. But one should accept this reality that we cannot loved by everyone, we are not here to please everyone. Because when there’s love, there’s hate same as when there’s light, there will always be a shadow and we are not away from that but we should find the ways to love ourself we should find the way to fight from our fears. Don’t afraid of losing people, be afraid of losing yourself. And hence in reality everything we’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear, nothing will work unless we try to break this big barrier who is stopping us, killing us. And stop being afraid of what could go wrong. Focus on what could go right. Always try to focus on the bright side of every situation. From this article I just want to encourage you to face your fear and unleash your inner fighter. As we already know that all of our problems and their solutions are inside us, it just that we need to find then and fight from them. Today’s reminder: “just take your hands off of what you cannot control and get your hands on what you can change”. Just face it and rise.
